The framed bathtub was removed. The framed shower and linen closet were removed. The drop-down ceiling over the shower was removed. The small wall next to the toilet was removed. The L shaped vanity was removed. A curbless (universal) shower was installed with a small buttress wall. The shower water mixer was installed on the small buttress wall at the entrance of the shower. A niche was framed under the shower head. Glass tiles were installed on the niche and horizontal on the left and right side of the niche. The same glass tiles were used to finish off the face of the niche. A free-standing bathtub and free-standing bathtub faucet were installed. The plumbing at the left vanity wall was capped off and the plumbing at the right vanity wall was moved and installed the plumbing for a two sink vanity. The electrical box where the left vanity was, we capped off and where the new two sink vanity will be installed we installed two electrical boxes for two vanity ligths. 12 x24 tiles were installed on the bathroom floor, on the shower walls and around the bathtub walls. Schluter Rondec PVC in the Classic Gray color was used to finish off the tile around the ends of the small buttress wall. Matching tile bullnose was used to finish off the tile around the window, around the shower walls and around the bathtub walls. The customer is handy so he will install the vanity, vanity mirrors, vanity lights, baseboards and paint the ceiling and walls.
