This project was just completed. The tiles are from Floor&Decor. Schluter Jolly metal tile trims were used throughout to finish off the tile edges. Marble tile was installed on the back of the niches. The shower curb is 4 inches wide and therefore we installed 4 inch marble on top of the shower curb which is beveled on both sides. The shower door was purchased through Lowes, it is the "DreamLine Essence-H 56-60 in. W x 76 in. H Semi-Frameless Bypass Shower Door in Chrome". The shower water control valve is the "Hansgrohe" shower system. The customer will paint the walls.
This project was just finished. All of the tiles are from Floor&Décor. The “Schluter Quadec” metal tile trims are from Floor&Décor. The plumbing fixtures are from “Build.com”, the “Delta Lahara Monitor 17 Series Dual Function Pressure Balanced Shower Only with Integrated Volume Control” and the “Innovations Three Function Diverter Valve” (which selects the shower head, the wand or both). The wand sits on an adjustable bracket which you can move up or down. The customer told me it was much easier for him to shop with Build.com for his plumbing fixtures because when he searched for shower systems, they group all of the items for a particular project together, versus having to look for them yourself. The customer will have a custom shower glass enclosure installed.
In this project we installed a new bathtub, the “Sterling 32-in W x 60-in L White Polyresin and Fiberglass Rectangular Alcove Soaking Bathtub”, from Lowes. A new bathtub & shower faucet, the “Delta Arvo Chrome 1-Handle Bathtub and Shower Faucet with Valve”, from Lowes. New wall tiles, the “Satori Statuario Polished 12-in x 24-in Polished Porcelain Marble Look Floor and Wall Tile”, from Lowes. We removed the drop down ceiling (soffit) over the bathtub and installed a new recessed light, the “Halo HLB 6 in. Selectable CCT New Construction or Remodel, Canless Recessed Integrated LED Kit”, from Home Depot. A new curved curtain rod, the “Bath Bliss 42-in to 60-in Chrome Tension Single Curve Shower Rod”, from Lowes. Also three shampoo shelves, the “Somerset 8 inch bright white polished corner shelf”, from Lowes.
In this project we installed a new bathtub, bathtub water control valve, framed a niche over the bathtub water control valve, installed tile around the bathtub walls and on the bathroom floor, installed a new vanity, vanity mirrored cabinet, vanity light and baseboards. Schluter metal tile trims were used on the tile edges of the left and right walls and around the face of the niche. White Carrara Marble was installed as the shelves for the niche and on the windowsill. The tiles and Schluter metal tile trims are from Floor&Decor. The bathtub is the "Kohler Bellwether". The toilet is the "Niagra The Original".
Here is a project we did about 3 years ago. We will be installing tile in this customer's kitchen backsplash this month.
Some of our customers are handy and therefore have us do the part of the bathroom remodel that they are not confident/comfortable to do themselves or they just don’t have the time. These photos were sent by the customer whose remodel we just finished. He did the demo. in this project. We did the tub to shower conversion up to installing the shower door and he did the rest. Needles to say it came out fantastic.
This project was finished last week. The customer sent me these photos after they finished with the painting and decorating of the bathroom.
The tile is from Floor&Decor. The manufactured marble on top of the shower curb, on the window sill and in the niche is from Lowes. The shower head is the KOHLER HydroRail-S Shower Column Kit with Awaken Multi-Function Shower Head, Hand Shower and Hose. The shower water control valve is the KOHLER Bancroft 1-Handle Wall-Mount Tub and Shower Faucet Trim Kit in Polished Chrome. The shower door is the DreamLine Enigma-X 56 to 60 in. x 76 in. Frameless Sliding Shower Door in Brushed Stainless Steel. The tile exposed edges where finished with the Schluter Jolly PVC tile trim in white. The drop down ceiling and frame was removed inside the shower. Now the celing inside shower is the same height as the bathroom ceiling, leaving only the decorative wood trim over the shower door.
Turning a Pre-Fab shower floor to tile and adding a niche. This customer was not able to use this shower because the pre fabricated shower floor was damaged and leaking. We removed it and installed a new shower drain, shower liner and tile. The tile is from Home Depot. The marble on the shower curb is from Home Depot. We also framed out a niche. The same shower door was re-installed. The last 3 photos are of what the shower used to look like.
